Advanced Pavement Laboratory

In this laboratory, educational activities for undergraduate students as well as research and investigative activities for master’s and PhD students are conducted. The equipment in this laboratory is related to bitumen and asphalt testing and production, and it is commonly referred to as the Superpave Research Laboratory. The Superpave Research Laboratory began its activities in 2004 under the umbrella of the Bitumen and Asphalt Laboratories of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Sharif University of Technology. The advanced equipment in this laboratory provides an appropriate platform for researchers and graduate students.
